Our brewers have carefully chosen a blend of high quality dark and light roasted malts, hops and yeast to help you brew a full malt dark beer, rich in flavour with a velvet finish. Ingredients: Malted barley, water, caramel, hops and yeast (under the lid). Hop extracts may be present. WARNING: Contains malted barley Recommended Enhance the natural malt flavour of your brew with 1kg of: Dextrose, Liquid Brewing Sugar, Brew Enhancer or Coopers Enhancer Or, for more body, colour and malt flavour use (may want to consider using an extra yeast packet): Black Rock Unhopped Dark or Pure Liquid Malt Dark Extract 1.5kg
