BT 1198K – Aluminum Gillig and Orion Charge Air Cooler

The all-aluminum BT 1198K charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for a variety of Gillig and Orion buses. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 27.75 inches from header to header, 13.60 inches from side to side, 4.055 inches thick, and 4.50 inches inside the header. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core and have a 4.00-inch inlet and outlet.
