When I first read reviews with 1 star , from 5 people. 4 of those should not even count. Someone order the wrong wrong one, another had arthritis ( complained to hard to push) , another order for wrong model. I have three of these toilets in my house. For last 3 years I had my own invention which was a big hassle. I could not find replacements in Home Depot , Lowes , in at a local plumbing store. However , Amazon came through ..!!!! I’ve been happy with it. Order 3 and replaced all of them , and going to order backup also. My Toilets are working as it was back in 1997 when they were new. I install them like 2 months ago. Still going strong. ***** yes 5 stars *****
