BT 1199E – New Flyer Bus Charge Air Cooler

The BT 1199E all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for New Flyer bus. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 39.5 inches from header to header, 11 inches from side to side, and 4.06 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 4 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
